This has been an exceptionally trying time in my life - I am in remission from breast cancer diagnosed and treated a year ago - my remaining two sons are going through an extremely difficult period.....and somehow life was getting so very difficult. I was scared going into today's session on Channel Beyond. I was afraid Barb wouldn't be able to connect with my daughter and I wouldn't understand anything that was said.
The session went above and beyond my expectations. I feel a peace about my daughter's death more than I have ever felt.
I have felt, at times, like Marlena was trying to talk to me but there was a barrier - and I feel like Barb relieved that barrier. I knew from the second she said, "She tapped me on my shoulder" that we were in... (another medium told a friend to tell me Marlena was sitting on my shoulder, waiting.)
On Monday I had a massage and I told the therapist I tend to hold my energy on a spot on my right shoulder. It felt better after the massage session, but today after speaking with you and Barb I lounged on my bed and looked at the sky, tears of gratitude filling my eyes, and a warmth covered my shoulder - the spot that tends to get sore.
It was so sweet. What a healing, precious experience.
I will be in touch with Barb, because I feel like both Marlena and I could benefit from a longer reading. I loved hearing her say "Stubborn, stubborn, stubborn." I could almost hear her toe tapping on the floor. She (Marlena and I) are queens of stubborn.
Anyway - I wanted to say THANK YOU again. I was scared... and I am glad I went through with it after all.
This will be the most peaceful February 9 I have experienced for years... like Marlena said it will be like that vacation I am now going to take... and while that is a metaphor, she and I both know EXACTLY what I mean.
