Schedule an Appointment

Barb recommends waiting at least three months after your loved one has passed to contact her office (or any medium) for a reading. This, because you need an opportunity to take some time to grieve (mediumship should never take the place of grief counseling).

ALL CORRESPONDENCE IS DONE THROUGH E-MAIL. If you do not have e-mail, please let us know.

Your appointment will be TENTATIVELY SCHEDULED until your payment or deposit arrives in our office. This is to assure we save time for serious inquiries only. Your payment is due within 7 days to keep your appointment. If you've scheduled an appointment within that timeframe, we ask that you pay online (either through Barb's appointment service or this site) rather than using a check. Your payment is due at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Checks need to clear before your appointment. If you are using a gift certificate, please click this option on the appointment form.

Once we receive your payment, we will email you with a confirmation of your payment being received, your appointment date and time and guidelines for your reading (also directions to the office if you've chosen an in person reading). If we do not receive your payment within the timeframes listed, we will contact you via email or telephone to check on the status of your payment and to see if you are still interested. If we cannot contact you for whatever reason, your appointment will be cancelled so that another may schedule. Thank you for your understanding!

Same day appointments are not available. If you are looking for an earlier appointment, please add yourself to the waitlist via the online scheduler.

***FOR GIFT CERTIFICATE PURCHASES ONLY:
If you've purchased a gift certificate for someone and would like to make an appointment for them, be sure to make the appointment in their name with their contact info, not yours. We need their contact info in the case of any emergency (if Barb is sick or has to reschedule, etc.).
