Services, Fees and Info

Both 30 or 60 minute appointments may be done over the phone or in person with the exact same results (Barb needs to only hear your voice clearly to connect to your energy). Most sittings are done easily within a 30 minute time frame; however, if this is this your first sitting, you may wish to consider the 60 minute appointment and later consider the 30 minute sitting as a follow up (if needed). 60 minute appointments consist of approximately 45 minutes of the reading and 15 minutes for any questions you may have, etc.

Medium Sessions - connecting to your loved ones on the other side. This is where Barb will link with your people in spirit for evidential information from them and any messages they may have.

Intuitive Consultation Sessions* - Barb's guides work with your guides to bring through what THEY feel you need to know at this time of your life. This is NOT fortune telling; simply guidance as you always have free will here. Guides will not tell you what you should OR shouldn't do. Normally, these readings validate what you already know. Please be aware that Barb is a spirit medium, so don't be surprised if a passed loved one comes through as well.

Pet Readings* - One clear picture of your pet needed for the session (it's best for her to be able to see the pet's eyes clearly). This reading is for pets here or on the other side (please note that as with any mediumistic reading, ANYONE connected to or through you may come through, so please be open to the process and anyone who wishes to link with Barb.) Barb stresses that she is not a vet and cannot diagnose illnesses, etc. Please do NOT bring your animal with you for an in person session! Pictures work just fine.

NEW! Mini Readings - These apply for telephone sessions only. Mediumship readings are not available under the mini reading.
Maximum of 2 guidance questions. Keep in mind that Barb is NOT a fortune teller; she simply receives guidance as you always have free will here. Guides will not tell you what you should OR shouldn't do but will give the energy of the situation, to help you find clarity. Normally, these readings validate what you already know. This option is particularly helpful as a follow up reading, or if just a small amount of guidance is needed towards a certain subject.

If you have a minor who wishes to participate, please print off and fill out the minor consent form and bring it with you to the sitting or event.

Additional participants are $50.00 each. If you have more than 2 extra participants, see the family/group section below).

Telephone appointments are done Eastern Standard Time. Barb will call you at the number you supply on her appointment scheduler form. (within the US only. If you are an international client, we will supply you the phone number to call for your appointment) If you prefer a telephone appointment, please remember that the appointment time is East Coast time. No speaker phones.

In-person appointments are done at Barb's office in Chantilly, Virginia (directions supplied after payment is received).

NEW! Sessions in your home - Barb can come to your home for a private one hour session. Her clients have requested this because of the convenience of it, and wishing to be in a familiar environment for their reading. The areas she currently serves are 15 miles of Centreville, VA (Centreville, Chantilly, Fairfax, Herndon, Tysons Corner, Vienna, Manassas, Ashburn, etc). If you are interested in a private in home session, but are outside of these limits, please contact us. She may be able to travel to you; however, travel fees may also apply. Fee for one person for one hour $250.00.

*Barb stresses that her sessions should not take the place of professional assistance. If you are in need of professional assistance (i.e. doctor, psychiatrist, lawyer, financial advisor, etc.), please seek it.

PRIVATE GROUP/FAMILY SITTING
2 - 2.5 Hour Session
$90/per participant - all receive a reading.

Group sittings are available for 5 to 8 participants. This session lasts approximately 2 hours.The fee is $90/person with a 5 person minimum.* Barb will explain the process, and then begin the session. The group will receive mini individual readings (Barb will try her best to keep each reading equal, but this is not guaranteed due to what spirit needs to bring through for each person) and/or readings collectively as a group. This is especially nice for families seeking to connect to the same spirit person(s). Barb may also receive information and guidance from her spirit guide for certain group participants as well. Deposit: after scheduling, a non-refundable deposit via credit card or check of $100 is required within 7 days to hold your appointment. Your deposit is not refundable if you need to cancel; however, it may be used towards another group reading (must be used within one year). The remainder of this fee is due prior to your appointment via credit card or check 14 days prior to the event. For your convenience, you can click here and choose the DEPOSIT option.

Please be aware that a family group sitting will help you understand the process of mediumship, but does NOT take the place of a private one-on-one sitting. Group/family sittings are conducted in Barb's location in Chantilly, Virginia on Saturday's. If you are interested in having Barb come to your location* for a group/family sitting, please contact us.

* There is no charge for travel if you are within 15 miles of Centreville, VA. Over that, .50 per mile will be added for gas, etc. If your event is over an hour in driving time, other travel expenses may also apply and will be discussed in advance. All must be paid for at least two weeks in advance to keep your scheduled date. Travel expenses may be split up between all participants.

Please also note that Barb asks that alcohol not be served during the event but is fine for afterwards.

PRIVATE GALLERY EVENTS

There are THREE separate gallery events to fit your needs. Please contact us with any questions!

This is just like Barb's monthly galleries, except it is for YOUR own people, making it a private event, rather than public. If you have the space, you may have as many friends or family members as you'd like, to keep the cost per person low.

Barb will come to your location, or if you are in the Virginia area, you may set up a date with her in her office. If she conducts the event in your office, travel expenses may apply (see below).

Barb will start with an introduction and talk, relay messages from the other side and will finish with a Q & A period. This intimate private gallery event centers around linking to spirit for evidence and messages. Barb conducts "mini" readings to the audience participants she is pulled to. In other words, the audience members who are meant to receive messages from their loved ones in spirit, will.

Barb will do her best to get to as many people as possible during this time period for small one-on-one readings; however, not everyone in the room is guaranteed a reading. Spirit is control, and the loudest spirit people are the ones who will get through. Please also be aware that this sort of event will help you understand the process of mediumship, but does NOT take the place of a private sitting. If you have a minor who wishes to participate, please print off and fill out the minor consent form and bring it with you to the event.

Deposit: A $100 deposit is due within 7 days to hold your appointment. Fee is non-refundable, but can be used towards another gallery or group event within a year. The remainder of this fee, as well as any mileage*, etc. are due two weeks prior to the event (check, money order or charge). For your convenience, you may pay by clicking here and choosing the DEPOSIT option under PayPal. If your event is not in the state of Virginia, and requires airline reservations, a rental car, hotel, etc., travel requirements must be pre-arranged. Please contact Barb's office to work out such arrangements.

SCHEDULE HERE

HOME WALK-THRU'S/SPIRITUAL CLEANSINGS

Normally takes approx. 1.5 hours.

Barb will come to your home, walk the property, sense and connect to any energies present for more information, and will wrap up the session by performing a spiritual cleansing the home. She will also assist any energies who have not crossed over in doing so, if needed. This service is especially useful when moving into a new home as well (cleansing out the old energies to get it ready for move in).

During the process, she will also counsel you on how to keep the energy in your home positive and will supply you with some tools/products/rituals you'll need to keep your home cleared regularly.

* There is no charge for travel if you are within 15 miles of Centreville, VA. Over that, .50 per mile will be added for gas, etc. If you live further than an hour in driving time, other travel expenses may also apply and will be discussed in advance. All must be paid for at least two weeks in advance to keep your scheduled date.

Fee: $150

If we do not hear from you, and you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, you will be considered a "no show". With the exception of emergencies, "no show" clients will be charged 50% of the sitting fee.

Make sure to be on time for your appointment. If you do find yourself running late, simply contact us as soon as you can before your appointment time. We may still be able to do your sitting; however, there is no guarantee you will be able to receive the sitting length you scheduled for (other clients may be scheduled after you). If there is not enough time to do your sitting, you will receive 50% of your sitting fee back. Thank you in advance for your understanding and consideration!

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY
All clients (phone or in person) are required to contact Barb's office 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment to reschedule or notify of cancellation. If not, you will be charged 50% of the sitting fee. Please be considerate of Barb's time as she would be of yours. You may also log back into your booking calendar account to reschedule or cancel as well. This will allow us time to put someone else in your spot. For group readings, the deposit of $100 is not refundable if you need to cancel; however, you may use it towards another group reading (must be used within one year).

RECORDINGS
For individual telephone sittings, an MP3 recording will be made for your convenience, and will be uploaded within a few days to Barb's server and available for download for approximately 48 hours. All MP3 recordings are password protected and are removed immediately from our server after 48 hrs. If you wish to have your telephone sitting recorded on CD and mailed to you rather than the free MP3 download, there is an additional $10.00 charge which includes shipping. Like MP3's, CD (and cassette) taped recordings are not guaranteed. It is highly recommended that you take very good notes.

Cassette tapes are made for individual and group in person sittings only.

Recordings of the sitting on cassette or MP3 are are copyright protected. These recordings on cassette or MP3, and the copyright, are the property of Barb Mallon and any use other than for what they are intended (personal record of sitting) is strictly prohibited.
